Points of Inquiry

While we strive for absolute precision in our archival distributions, errors occasionally slip through the fabric of our logistics. If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or otherwise compromised, I will personally handle your issue and do everything to make it right. Please send any concerns to:

To hell with the “We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.” I may get back to you within 5 minutes. Please rest assured. Our Society members are of the utmost importance to us.
***A Note on Incantations: Please refrain from sending carrier pigeons, blood sacrifices, or dream-projections. Our customer service department is strictly mundane and lacks the wards necessary to handle them. Hence the reason I will handle your issue personally. -The Curator

Coffee: 1-2 business days
Merch: 3-4 business days
*Please note that all coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness. Merchandise is also printed to order… for maximum… freshness?

Fear not if the ethereal messengers deliver two distinct tracking glyphs for a single order. Due to the arcane workings of our supply network, items are sometimes dispatched from separate vaults. Your physical artifacts are traveling independently to reach your threshold without delay. Rest assured, your agreed-upon shipping toll remains eternally bound—no additional tariffs shall ever be levied for these separate arrivals.

Indeed. The reach of The Armitage Society is inherently global, as the pursuit of knowledge knows no geographic boundaries. We regularly dispatch our cargo to researchers and members situated across the Atlantic and beyond. Please note that international transits may require additional time to clear foreign ports and customs registries, depending on your precise coordinates.
***Important note: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dr. Henry Armitage believed that exceptional coffee should be within reach of every inquiring mind. We stand by this principle, passing all operational savings directly to you. To preserve this historical balance against the slow creep of time, our $2.25 dispatch rate will be calibrated for inflation just once annually—adjusting by mere cents to keep the service sustainable.
*1928 Dispatch Rates are only for coffee sales within the United States

Our archives are far from complete. The Society fully intends to unearth further coffee profiles and artifacts inspired by history's most legendary authors. Furthermore, we are quietly preparing new mediums of entertainment and lore-focused content, to be disclosed only when the time is right.
The Armitage Society seeks to forge new collaborations. If an idea haunts your thoughts, transmit it to us in a message—or better yet, commit it to ink and send a physical letter to our sanctuary.
